Prior to calling Security, we had another company send a rep and almost gave up. The guy clearly had very little actual field experience. We asked a neighbor who told us Security does all their own work. No subcontractors! Figured it was worth a try and called to make an appointment.
John arrived on time. Our house is relatively new, but the center island kitchen cabinets were installed with termite-infested plywood. John was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. He answered all our questions, many quite unusual, and left us much more informed. We haven't done any work yet, but strongly recommend you ask for John. You may not like what he has to say, but it will be the truth, and coming from a real expert.
